How long will it take to receive my order?
Products will typically arrive within 7-14 business days after your order is placed.
Can I order if I am outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we are only fulfilling orders within the U.S.
I placed my order but haven’t received it yet, what should I do?
Check the status of your order with your carrier first. If it is taking longer than expected, please feel free to contact us and we will look into it for you.
What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges as each order is custom-made. However, we want you to be happy! If you do not feel completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 21 days of receiving your order.
My product arrived damaged/defective, what should I do?
Please contact us right away and we will promptly resolve any issues. Claims must be submitted within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
